Hi,
I have a query regarding microsoft c runtime error. I am using Windows Vista installed on my computer (32-bit version).

This type of errors occurs due to the reason that a c library file is missing or there is some software problem.
Try to follow these steps mentioned below to solve your problem:
- Open Start menu, then in the Search Bar,type MSCONFIG and Press “Enter.”
- Next, click the tab”Services,”and then check the “Hide All Microsoft Services” checkbox and click “Disable All.”
- Then, click the “Startup” tab, then click “Disable All” and click “OK.”
- Finally, restart your computer and then test the issue again.
