If you are asking about the system requirements for installing Exchange 2010, then this will help you:
Directory Server Architecture
Using 64-bit Active Directory domain controllers just increases the directory service performance for Exchange 2010.
For performance and security reasons, I would recommend you to install Exchange 2010 only on the member servers and strictly not on Active Directory directory servers.
