I recently tried to log in on Netflix and it says that netflix there was an error processing your request. As I am new to this so please help me out. Reply ASAP.
This type of error may occur due to partially completed log in attempts. It can be solved using following methods. First step is to verify your email id and password. If it doesn’t help then try verifying your password. Next step si to sign out of Netflix and try logging in again. If problem persists shut down and restart your computer and try signing in again. If error is still there in try troubleshooting the problem. Hope this helps.
If you are using Mozilla Firefox and you are trying to add a movie to your Netflix queue when the problem happened, try adding the Netflix website to the exceptions list of Mozilla Firefox’s pop-up blocker to allow all pop-ups from the Netflix site. See if it works. If it doesn’t, check the add-ons installed on your browser and see if you have one called “HTTPS Everywhere.”
If you have this add-on on your Mozilla Firefox browser, open the HTTPS Everywhere add-on then go to “Options.” Put a red “X” next to “Netflix.” This should fix the problem. Putting a red “X” on Netflix disables the HTTPS protocol from being enforced on that website. If this doesn’t work, try using a different browser when accessing Netflix.
