He asked me to explain about network command tools to solve some problems on his connection.
Please can you lead me to operate net tools CMD to help my friend?
Hi, Friend, I will suggest follow the following tips.
1. When Network connection failed you will try to check it by typing in the start menu  and type cmd and enter.
Ten type ping followed by your IP address.
2. If you are notified that your server not found. You will need to go Start Menu and then run type ping and space type server IP address and press Enter. If reply come from your network is OK. Otherwise it is a problem with your server.
