I am experiencing the issue of not able to launch the sametime chat window but can reply back if somebody initiates a chat. Request to provide a fix for this issue. another issue Lotus Notes gets closed when trying to select the mail in the inbox. Please provide the solution at the earliest.

I’d like to confirm if you are referring to instant messaging on Lotus Notes or are you referring to a different chat platform? Regarding the issue on Lotus Notes crashing or closing when navigating to your inbox, you may try to modify or change preference on your Lotus Notes settings. Here’s how: As you open your Lotus Notes, locate and click Home Page options. Once you have the Home Page options menu, click Basic Plus option from the drop down menu which includes having your emails displayed on your homepage. Then open your email on your Lotus Notes window by clicking the tab top of it. While you have the email window up, close and reopen Lotus notes and you’ll now be able to navigate on your email and Lotus Notes window.
