Laptop running too slow with Avast antivirus

Hi experts,

Avast antivirus is running with my laptop. The current configuration of my laptop is 64-bit Windows 7 Home. It has been serving for a long time without any problem, but at present, there is a problem with my laptop. It is running slow. I scanned fully with Avast and found a DLL file. It found several files, but whenever it has to delete them, it throws an error message regarding running that file with other programs. I think, I need to delete those corrupted files for fast operation of my laptop.

The most likely problem is that your computer have probably been infected with a malware which avast antivirus is not capable of handling. You can try updating your avast virus definition database.

If this doesn't work, you can update the version of the virus for the latest one. If you are using a free package try updating to a premium one. Alternatively, you can uninstall the antivirus and try other options such as reset or kaspersky.
