Hi,

It seems like LANSA is not compatible with my Windows Vista. The problem is that I have installed on my laptop SP1 and is updated. Now I can’t understand this compatibility issue since the SP1 is already installed. Please experts help me to run LANSA on my Windows Vista SP1. What could cause this compatibility issue ?

Hello,

Such error is really funny. To solve this issue, you don’t have to run the setup directly from CD/DVD.

Make a folder inside your PC, copy all the files of your CD/DVD inside it, and then run the setup. This time, no more compatibility issue will come out. You should be aware that you haven’t changed the compatibility mode.
