Kodak Camera C310 says empty Sandisk memory card is full

Hello, fellow users!

My new Kodak camera is not detecting my new memory cards. The memory cards I'm trying are both 128MB cards from Sandisk. The cards are new and they work perfectly fine with my old camera. The new camera, C310, says that the memory is full even when the new and unused 128MB card is inserted. Attempts to format the cards have been unsuccessful. I have two Kodak cameras and I bought two Sandisk cards for both cameras. The older camera is DX4330, which has no problem with any of the cards. But the newer C310 does not accept any of the new Sandisk cards. It shows memory full even when I have the empty memory card inserted. As I have said before, formatting has not helped. I have formatted the card with DX4330 (old Kodak camera), but the C310 shows the same memory full error. I don’t want to purchase Kodak cards because I am not sure if the problem is with the card or with the camera. Besides, they are quite expensive, as you all know. Has anybody had a similar issue? Please help me figure this out. Thanks, you guys!

Is the memory card compatible with the camera model? Try using 1gB memory card, as one Kodak specialists says it allows only 1GB capacity max. or contact their support on their website so as to explain further issues. And also if the suggestion will not work , you may go back where you bought the camera and tell the problem to them to further test if the problem is with the camera or with the SD Card as you can have a warranty claim for the said item and can be replaced for a working unit to resolve the issue
