Let me know if someone has used Allworx. I want Allworx Phone System review about its quality. It has been offered as a VoIP solution by one of our clients who provide us travel packages for our business. Thank you.
Allworx is much better regarding cost and licensing. Using its features, it overtakes Shore Tel System. With regular updates, it provides better facility. It uses all the programmable buttons on the device.
I am not aware if you use a computer program or a DSS if someone is waiting for the call or not, but I am sure they would love to use the software. Prior training is required.
Therefore, I suggest to using the Allworx 6X which uses SIP and may quit the current system.
