Know The Steps How To Back Up A Network Drive

Hi. The steps to be followed to know how to back up a network drive are-

1) Click on start menu, then click on Programs, point to Accessories, then to system tools and finally click on back up

2) Click on the back up option

3) A backup set needs to be created

4) Select the next option

5) Then, click on the destination where the backup of the file needs to be created in the select a destination for the backup window

6) Click on the start backup option

To restore the files,

1) Click on the Start menu, then click on programs, click on accessories, then select system tools and then click on backup

2) Select the restore option

3) Click the drive where the files are to be stored

4) Click on the backup set which is to be restored in the backup set window and click on next

5) For the files to be restored, check the files which are to be restored

6) Select the start restore option
