KMy Money fails to start and shows error message

Hi,

Whenever I attempted to start KMY Money I get the following error message “Malformed URL”. What’s wrong with this? Can I fix it without having any issue? I have spent so much time to resolve this issue. Please help me and suggest me in a proper way. Thanks in advance.

KMy Money fails to start and shows error message

You simply have to run “make install” as root.  This will enable Kmymoney to copy all icons and essential files needed to make it run properly. But, if you have actually done this, the next step is to ensure the correct prefix is  passed to configure at the beginning of compile.
