The Ati catalyst is a utility software for AMD graphics card. We need the install manager to install all the driver packages which consist of many tools like catalyst control center which controls the hardware’s functions like 3d settings, monitor settings, and video options. It also contains information about the graphics card. It depends on you whether to remove the software or not, the software does not require much space, and it’s easily available on the internet for free; after installing the packages, it’s not that useful except when you need to reinstall every package again.
