Hi,

Recently, I have installed Kaspersky Security Centre to version 10 and everything is working fine except one thing when I accept the license agreement under “Software Updates”. Have you any idea related to this problem? I really need your help to resolve this issue. Thanks for any help.

This type of error occurs when you have updated to version 10 but have an old type of licence. The old type of licence does not allow to use the new features. With an old licence used for new products you keep the current functions but can't use all the new ones, with an extended licence you have access to updates too. To activate KSC10, you first need to obtain a new licence and then do the following:

Indicate the key file generated for your licence in the master Administration Server properties to add that licence as new. You can do it by adding the licence in the Quick Start Wisard or by opening the master Administration Server properties and selecting a licence in the Current licence section of the Licence tab. When this is done, you have to restart the Administration Console.
