Please follow the instructions to solve this issue.
1. At first go to your program file and then uninstall the program (adobe photoshop).
2. Then also delete the folder of Adobe photoshop.
3. Now, run any registry cleaner. You can use spydoc registry cleaner or wise cleaner.
4. Now, install Adobe photoshop again and then get registered.
