I recently brought Kaspersky Anti Trojan 2011 software so that I can scan for recent Trojan in my computer. But I am not able to update the database to the latest pattern as there is a delivery problem with my account.
Please update my antivirus so that my system is safe.

First, I have to tell you that there isn’t any software called Kaspersky Anti Trojan 2011 but its Kaspersky Antivirus.
If you failed to update it you database you may have a firewall that doesn’t give Kaspersky access to the internet.
But you can update it manually. For that you have to download latest virus definitions for Kaspersky Antivirus which can be found at CNETÂ then install it.

That problem is related to Kaspersky antivirus’ activation. If you can’t update your antivirus because it is not activated, try to activate the program with your activation code. If you purchased Kaspersky, enter the activation code as it appears. If this doesn’t work, check if your internet connection is working. If your computer is connected to a router, try resetting the router.
If the router has a power button, press it to turn it off then unplug it from the power for about 10 to 20 seconds. Press any button on the router to drain any leftover power or to power cycle. After this, plug the router back to the power and turn it on.
When the router is ready, open your web browser and visit a website then try clicking some links to verify that your connection is working. After this, try activating your antivirus again and see if it works. If your activation code is not working, try contacting Kaspersky for support about your activation code. Do this only if you purchased the antivirus.
