Thanks to an English Scientist, Sir Timothy John also better known as Sir Tim Berners-Lee who invented the World Wide Web. Sir Tim, together with Robert Cailliau, successfully carried out the first ever communication on the internet between a server and the Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP). Later on 1973, Vinton Cerf developed what we now call the internet – the interconnectivity of the computer around the world. I wonder what the world would have been today without the internet, it makes life easier and fun because of ease of access to information, improved communication, entertainment and speedy connectivity.
