Hello friends,

I had been using GTS before and facing some problems, but later on, they were resolved and it worked properly. Now recently, I have again been facing problems using GTS. When I try to receive it, it does not work. Instead, I get to see a plain blue screen. I cannot even send the pokemons anymore.

I get the following errors:

System Argument Out Of Range Exception

2011-5-25 18:03:37: System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException: Index was out of range. Must bottom-negative and less than the size of the collection Can anyone please help me sort out this issue? I am at my wits end now and no success yet.

If Windows crashes, it writes a system event 1001 and a mini dump to the folder \ windows \ mini dump

Check system event 1001 and it has the content of the blue screen.
 
Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Logs > System > Event 1001.

Hi,

This could be a problem with your windows. Your windows files might be corrupt. Try reinstalling windows or repair it with your windows CD or DVD. Also check your system for malware, spyware and viruses using a good antivirus or anti malware and spyware program. Also check that your drivers are upto date. I hope you find the solution.
