Hello, after I updated my Galaxy I9305 to 4.3 and reinstalled Jorte, now the widget isn't showing and it says in the settings "When the application is move to SD card widget cannot be used" but i don't even have an SD and the application is in the phone memory. Pls tell me how to display the widget and how to correct this issue. Thanks

To resolve that issue you can re-install the application again. Go to the application settings where all your installed application is located. Check if Jorte application exists. If does, you can uninstall the application then check for other application which is related to Jorte. You can remove that also. It cannot harm your device. Then restart your device and check again the widget of Jorte. If not, then you can proceed to install the application again. If the error still occurs, it means that the android version of your samsung is not compatible with the application.
