Javelin PVC ID Printer Mechanical Error – how to fix?

I am printing to Javelin S420CM PVC ID Printer.

I cannot continuously print up to 5 cards.

Before I finish the 5 sets of card the printer displays Mechanical Error on his panel.

I can’t be productive with this repeated error.

I am printing more than 1000 PVC ID.

This should be a bad luck.

Please help.

Another factor is the Roller's especially the one near the head. Sometimes rollers melt and could not be able to rotate that’s why Mechanical Error appears. Replace the ruler.

Check your printer for any obstruction that cause stopping of the card.

Check for any tangled ribbon around the rollers.

Also check the Cleaning roller assembly.

Check if the card will slip when being passed under the head while printing, this means that the transport rollers are dirty.

You should clean the printer.

For J3J10and J4J20, set the command for the driver in the printer driver properties.

Click the manual command and enter, make sure that the printer card is ready before clicking the execute option.

Check also if it's not feeding more than one card. Never forget to clean your printer then.
