Hello Friends,

While watching a video on YouTube, I received an error message "Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Adobe's Flash Player". I am sure that the problem is not with the JavaScript or Adobe Flash Player. Have you any idea for the issue?

Please help me to get a remedy of this issue.

Thanks for all solutions.

JavaScript turned off or an old version of Adobe’s Flash Player

Hello Dear,

This error is not due to java script.

There is no need of java script in youtube videos.

It is the error when your flash player became crashed or a virus attack on flash player.

And one more reason when your internet connection becomes too slower that no video buffers are available then this type of errors are generated.

Kindly uninstall your current flash player. And install the updated version. You should use Adobe flash player 11.5 and you can download it from this link.

www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/downloads.html

You will never see this error again.

Thanks
