Hello,

I have this error message box caused I think by Minecraft which is the latest game and program installed on my PC. Also I have update Microsoft FrameNetwork hoping that will solve this error, it doesn’t work and I don’t know what to do anymore. Can anyone help me to fix this error? Is Minecraft causing this?

Thanks!

It seems like the error is caused by the Java Runtime Environment. Check if you have JRE installed on your computer. If you already have it, then maybe you are using an outdated version. Download the latest JRE from Java SE Runtime Environment 7u51. Uninstall any old version of Java Runtime Environment, restart your computer, and then install this version, Java SE Runtime Environment 7u51.

Start Minecraft again and see if it works. If it didn’t fix the problem, you are probably using the old launcher of the game. The game already released an update of the launcher on July 1, 2013 so it would be best to use it instead of the one you have. If you already purchased Minecraft, you can download the latest launcher from Minecraft for Windows.

If you haven’t purchased it yet, you can download the demo version from Play Minecraft Demo. You need to create an account though before you can download the game. You can purchase Minecraft for $26.95. Minecraft is also available in Mac and Linux. Also, your video card should support OpenGL 3.3 and your RAM should be around 2 GB and up.
