You need to check all of your hardware to make sure that there is no problem in your hardware. Specially you need to make your disk error free to run a new window on it. You can check you hard disk by going to cmd and then you need to run cmd and then by chkdsk it will check your disk and will make it error free. If you are not getting some output on screen then this may be some other error and you need to check you all of the components in this way to check that you have all the required info that is necessary to solve your problem.

Once you have checked all of your computer components you will be able to install your window. To install new window just put a CD/DVD in your computer and then you will be able to install your new window.
