This message appears every time I try to activate my account in iTunes. I have contacted the customer care and they told me that I should wait for a while. They didn’t say why or how long I have to wait. It passed almost one week and I still have this message. Can any of you experts help me to solve this ? Why I cannot activate my iTunes ?

There are various possibilities why you can't activate your iTunes account, but roughly they are divided in two categories – user error and server error. To rule out user error, attempt to use a different computer and try to activate your account.
If you succeed in activating your account in this way, then it is probably an issue with your original computer. If you still get the same error, then it is a server error. Unfortunately, in that case, there is nothing you can do.
