Hello,

Maybe you are having problems with "Apple Application Support". To solve this restart your computer. Go to the control Panel, then to the Apple Application Support, click on repair.

If that doesn't work try this

1. Uninstall iTunes and all other related applications from the control Panel  in this order

  • iTunes
  • QuickTime
  • Apple Software Update
  • Bonjour
  • Apple application Support.

2. Ensure all these are completely Uninstalled.

3. Reinstall iTunes and its related applications.

Hope that works,

Owens.
