Has anyone seen this error message?

"The information on this page is outdated. Click OK to refresh the page. If you have available updates after refreshing, click Download All Free Updates" message?

When I try to click download on App store for Free updates in iTunes , it comes up with the error message that the page is outdated. It gives me an option to click on “OK “and once I click on ok ,it refreshes the page and comes back to apps update again.

Then I have to click on Download All free updates again in order for me to continue my task.

This error comes up whenever I try to open iTunes. If I try to update individual apps I don’t get this error message.

Hi John Rodriquez.,

You have to  update your ITunes software. At times the system cache may not accepts numerous entries that is why this problem is occurring. For this you need to refresh your device or simply clear your RAM memory of your device. Its much better that you download the applications one by one because by downloading  many applications your RAM memory bombarded at times that's why you may got the error messages like this.

So try to download applications one by one and clear your RAM memory time to time.

Regards.
