Hi people.  I have a 64 GB iPad3 that has the Apple A5X chipset, Dual-core 1 GHz Cortex-A9 CPU, PowerVR SGX543MP4 (quad-core graphics) GPU and iOS 6.1.2.  Why can't my iTunes 10 detect my iPad?  Would updating my iTunes resolve this problem?  Thanks in advance.

I would recommend you that you should update your i-tunes. First you have to download i-tunes from the internet or you can get this from the app store. You have to download the latest version of i-tunes then it will detect by the i-pad. There would be some easy instructions to download and install then you will fix this issue. You can also find this from the Google and then trasfer it to your i-pad. I hope you will fix this issue.

Hi Roger,

1.Try connecting your device in DFU (Device Firmware Upgrade) mode.

2. Also go to control panel->administrative tools-> services. Find mobile app services. Stop and start this service and reboot your system.

*Note: Do this after disconnecting your device from your computer.

3. Also sometimes it may happen due to the anti virus or firewall . Just deactivate or turn them off.

4.Check your iTunes installed version. Update it.
