Is it true that eximioussoft gif which is the best tool for creating the high quality and impact GIF animation as they say, contains virus 83DSH, which for many antivirus is not visible? I really worry about that and it stops me from trying it. Is it true or not?

This is not true. Antivirus has tendencies to detect viruses even though there are no viruses present. This is what we call False positive. Simply means that when antivirus scan a specific program with a pattern of code that resembles a virus signature then this will be detected as a virus.

The news about which you are taking about is totally a fact one. As there are many people who just do it for destroying a software. As there is no viruses in that software. Anti viruses are produced after a great deployment. They know about any virus and can find out one. So if there will be any then your anti virus can detect and remove it. But you must have a registered version.
