Hello,

If your phone is experiencing file loading trouble loading file, it means that either your device memory has become old and outworn or your software is experiencing trouble accessing the disk.

First of all, restart your phone. Hold on the “Power” button and select “Restart”.

Next, try cleaning the cache of your device. They take quite a large space and might cause slowing down the data reading process. You can use any good app like Clean Master, CCleaner etc.

Uninstall your player and re-install it again. You can use any good media player like MX Player, VLC for Android etc.

If still no solution, then backup your music files and delete them and get them back from the backup again.

Make sure that you have the latest update for your Android.

1. Connect to internet on your phone.

2. Go to Apps >> Settings >> About device >> Software update >> Update.

3. Wait until download ends.

4. Install the update.

Hope that your phone is in smooth and speedy form now.
