I have no idea about the error message. It is relating to my Premiere Pro. Look at the screenshot below.

Hello.

After a quick research I found some ways for your problem.

First of all check whether graphic driver is up to date.

This problem mainly arises due to out-dated graphic drivers.

If the problem still persists you need to clean everything related to premier pro by using adobe cleaning tool.

Once you clean everything you need to again reinstall premier pro.
