Hello,

Click to Start > Run to open the Command Prompt. Be on the drive that contains that file you want to delete. Then type the driver location and file name. Now open the file with Windows Script Host (WSH) and locate where the file was stored.

Right click on the mouse on the file and go to Properties. There you will see its location. Now hold the keys ctrl+alt+del for opening the program manager and click on the Processes.

See where is explorer.exe in the processes and click on End Process. Now go to Command Prompt again and delete the file from the command prompt screen. Then select File from program merganser and again hold ctrl+alt+del keys.

Type explorer.exe for creating a new task and click Ok.

Or you can download some Unlocker software and then delete the file.
