I want to upload my pictures using Picasa to Sky Drive and wanted to know if it is possible to synchronize Picasa and Sky Drive? If it is possible, then tell me, also tell me alternatives. Any kind of help would be appreciated.

Actually Picasa is Gooogle's product while Skydrive is of Microsoft, so there isn't any official plugin which will let you synchronize Picasa and Skydrive.
So if you want to upload your photos on the web then you should try Picasa Web Albums (PWA).

Picasa is a software which is installed on your computer and not a website of some sort.
Actually Picasa is Gooogle's product while Skydrive is of Microsoft, so there isn't any official plugin which will let you synchronize Picasa and Skydrive. An alternative is that first export all picture and the import in Skydrive.
But you can use Picasa Web Albums (PWA) to share your photos:
