I am contemplating purchasing an iPad with the idea of using it to manage my Windows based server with greater ease due to its portability.
Is it possible to sync Windows Server with iPad so I can effect change from my iPad and have it reflected immediately on the server?

Yes Gracekmakris it is possible to synch your IPad to the windows server, in fact there are several ways. First you have to understand that your IPad is your own, it does not belong to any network or corporate organization or environment, in essence you can do with it as you please.
