I use closed user group service, in my mobile, which is allowed by my cell phone operator. That is why I can make calls for cheapest price within my colleagues.
Out of curiosity I have a question. Is there any solution, to call my colleague by dialing a short code digit (example-code can be a last 3 digit of the phone number).

All different mobile phones have Speed Dial feature that will allow you to create a custom short digit number upon pressing it down.
First of all you should know that, in every kind of mobile phones there are different ways to set up speed dials.
But basically, you can try to set up a speed dials on your mobile phone by clicking “Menu” go to “Phonebook” select your preferred contact then click “Options” choose “Settings” scroll down “Speed Dials” and press it, now choose from digit number 1-9, then authorize your chosen 1 digit number as a speed dial for that certain contact.
Once you assigned the speed dial number of a particular contact, on the standby mode you can begin your call by holding down the assigned number.
