Hi experts,
Need any permission to create folder . About 10 years I drive pc. I know lot of work in pc and also facing lot of problem.That also been solved by me . Never  faced this problem.What is Folder permission ?Describe for my knowledge expand.

Files/folders permissions are security mechanisms that grant or deny access to them. The permissions are clustered to provide permissions grouped as:-
•   Full Control
•   Modify
•   Read & Execute
•   Read
•   Write
Administrator account usually is the one that grants these permissions
to make changes on folder permissions
> right click on the folder of concern
> select properties from the pop-up menu
> select securities tab at the top of the properties window
> click edit
> select a particular user or a user group
> grant or revoke permissions by clicking on the check boxes as appropriate
> click apply to effect the changes
