Issues in WinRAR creating error using Windows XP

Hello!

When I tried to decompress file MA.RAR by names in Farsi, I found an error in WinRAR. The error message is:

MA.rar with emails from infiltrated Iran statal server

password: opiranopiran

To extract, then I had to download 7zip, but there were no problems.

I am using Windows XP SP2 64-bit Operating System.

WinRAR 4.01 beta final 64-bit

How can I solve this WinRAR problem? Please give me a solution to solve this. Thanks a lot.

First make sure that you have the latest version of 7-zip.
If you have downloaded the latest version, then see where your file is.
If it is in C drive, then there is a chance that you don't have the write permission in drive C. Copy the file from C drive and paste it in other directory. Then do the unzipping process.
Right click on the file and select Properties. Uncheck the box that says "Read-only". Doing this will disable the read permission and you can also write or edit it.
When you do the unzipping process, make sure that you have not opened the file in another window where you are extracting it or the folder that you are extracting from it is opened anywhere else.
