Our company has upgraded our email to Exchange 2010 without any major problems. However, a user has now encountered difficulty in saving multiple attachments. There was no problem saving one attachment but when saving multiple attachments of different file types (PDF, DOC, ZIP for example), a box usually pops up asking where to save the attachment.
This time though, nothing happened when “Save All Attachments” is clicked. I have not found a satisfactory solution and was hoping that you could provide it.

Did you alter the email settings for the exchange 2010 by any chance, because if you did, then that may be the possible cause of the problem. You may therefore need to revisit the recent configuration actions that you have performed and restore the system to the state it were in before the problem started manifesting.
If the problem persists then you will need to uninstall exchange 2010 and perform a fresh installation so as to remove the settings that might be responsible for the problems that are occurring.
