Issues with MSI GT80 Titan SLI laptop with internet

Hello!

I just recently bought this laptop 1 week ago. There’s no problem and suddenly yesterday it keeps on loosing connection with the internet. I tried to restart the router to make it sure it is not the problem. I tried also my iPhone to connect with wifi and there’s no issue no disconnection happened. What could be the possible cause of this problem? Can you provide me instructions on how to resolve this issue? Can you provide me alternative on how to fix it?

Open Internet Explorer :-
1. Go to Tools.
2. Select Internet Options.
3. Than Select Connections tab and than select LAN settings.
4. There you can find an option AUTOMATICALLY DETECT THIS SETTINGS If the box is uncheck, Select the Check box and click ok.

You can try Resetting Internet Protocol to its default.

1. Open command prompt.

2. type the following "netsh int ip reset resettcpip.txt" and hit Enter.
