Issue while playing YouTube videos

Hi everybody,

I am having Lenovo Thinkpad T430 with Windows 7 installed in it.

It is working fine, but the problem is that from last week I am facing issues with playing YouTube videos. I am getting an error message saying that an error occurred please try again. I felt that the problem could be with the Adobe Flash player But after installing the latest version also same issue. At the same time I am able to see the Facebook games and other videos in that.

Is this a problem with Internet Explorer? Did anybody faced this kind of issues? Please advise, thanks.

Internet Explorer is one of the most troublesome browsers all over the internet. If you’re using IE, then you have to update to the latest version first. Download Internet Explorer.

Also, uninstall the existing installation of Adobe Flash Player and install the latest one. Mind that you have to install the latest one after installing IE. Download Adobe Flash Player.

Also, try to reload the page after cleaning your browser’s history.

1. From your browser, press “Ctrl + Shift + Del”.

2. Delete cache, cookies and restart your browser.

3. Open the YouTube page.

If still having problem, I recommend to use any other browsers than IE, for example, Google Chrome, Opera, Mozilla Firefox etc.

Hope you won’t have to face any more trouble with watching video on YouTube.

You can fix this issue but you will have to follow the steps that can resolve your problem.

1. Use the latest version of Internet Explorer for your operating system and install the important updates for widows.

2. Some websites use the older version of Internet Explorer to play videos but you have to test the video in Compatibility View.

3. Just make sure the add-ons are enabled and installed.

4. Turn off the fire wall or all tracking protection devices.

I hope the problem will fix by doing this.

Regards!
