Hi,

I have bought new Logitech HD Pro Webcam C920 and using it with my PC having Windows 8 OS. The picture quality is perfect, but I am facing one problem with the Google hang out. The issue is that the setting of this webcam is being reset (to high volume) automatically, even after I manually set it to low. With this problem, whenever I start talking in Google hangout, the voice is blowing out with high volume and then it is being set to normal by itself. Can somebody please throw some light on my problem.

Hello Philip P Rivera,   Changes to the default setting it comes up with solve your problem completely. You are doing setting in moderation mode. That's why it is happening. Please keep the setting in default mode and use the laptop sound to increase or decrease the sound of audio. Then this automatically increase and decrease of volume will not take place even in low video quality
