I want to know how I can confirm if both my ISP and the network connection are compatible with IPv4 or IPv6? What are the commands to list my IP configuration? Please help.

IPv4 means Internet Protocol version 4 and IPv6 means Internet Protocol version 6. IPv4 is compatible to all ISP or internet service providers. But in IPv6 If you want to use it, you need to ask your internet service provider if they support that version of protocol. I know Icloud network technology support this kind of network protocol. You can search also the internet on difference to those 2 network protocol. You can visit here http://www.iyogibusiness.com/. Again if you want to try IPv6 you need to contact first your ISP which can confirm if you can use that kind of protocol.  Hope this info helps you.
