IPod with iOS 3 Synchronization Error

I am having trouble synchronizing my iPod using iOS 3 to my iTunes in my computer. It gives me this error message every time I synchronize it: ERROR CODE 13019.

I also tried to sync it manually, but unfortunately it doesn’t work. It keeps on telling me “it wasn't synchronized”. I am looking forward for your best solution.

Thank you for the help.

Hi Halin,

Try the following steps below to fix this error:

Method 1:

Update your iTunes.

Download the latest iTunes here:

If updating iTunes does not fix the problem try Method 2.

Method 2:

1. Select iPod touch in iTunes that you can find under Devices.

3. Choose Apply then select Sync.

If Method 2 does not fix the issue proceed to Method 3.

Method 3:

1. Select iPod touch in iTunes that you can find under Devices.

2. Select Music tab. Under the Sync Music option, proceed to selected playlists.

3. Deselect the Voice Memos playlist.

4. Choose Apply then select Sync.

Most probably updating will solve your problem as suggested before also. Sync problems aren't too rare, its a quite common problem but still a minor problem.

Try downloading the latest version of iTunes from the Apple's official website and if the problem still persists then try some other alternative.
