Hello!

I used iPhone 4 and I am facing an error when trying to start the

Find My Friends app which I downloaded from App Store today. What does the error means?

I posted a screenshot of the same error I am getting on my iPhone.

Your Apple ID is valid, but this iPhone is not qualified for free iCloud service.

Hi Joanne,

Just reset your iphone this is also known as hard reset. But before doing that make a back up some of your important files, because it will remove all the updates of your iphone and bring back your old settings. So remember to make a backup of your contacts or other necessary files that you need. If you still have that error Contact your Iphone provider.

Now here is another simple solution if you don`t like the one aboveJust download again the “Find my Friends” application and remove the first one you downloaded.

After doing this restart you iphone. But remember before downloading check the compatibility of the application and check if it’s the right application.

Good Luck and contact me for further questions.
