My device is not recognized in iTunes for Windows, I installed iphone driver usb from apple.com, Â can anyone help me on this.

Hi,Â
Check these things first Make sure you have the latest version of iTunes installed. If not updated it by iTunes update. If you are using 64 bit operating systems make sure the iTune version also be 64-bit. Check your USB cable its working ok. Switch off your mobile and switch on again by holding on/off button and screen home button at the same time. Now connect it through a USB cable which was provided to you with the mobile make sure it's in good condition.
