What are the reasons that make iphone possesors to have the habit of utilizing WiFi more often than the users or owners of the Android?

According to Serga Matta's research, president of a research firm in UK, iPhone users uses 71% WiFi network while Android users uses 32% WiFi network.
He said, the shortage of unlimited data plans and higher frequency of prepaid contractors of smartphones possibly supply to data off loading among users who wants to cut down their mobile usage.
Serga Matta shared some useful information that the absence of 4G connection is one of the reason why iPhone users prefer WiFi connections.

Another survey was conducted, answering the question "What people usually do when connected to WiFi?" The top reasons revealed to be, in order, checking email, boredom, to do work.
