The iPhone users in past had a problem of storage. There are a lot of cool apps and they want all of them, not to mention the videos and music. People use to spend a lot on maxing there storage.

icloud is a digital liabrary where you can store your data. With icloud now you don't storage problem. With $25 you can buy a 32gb iphone and still be able to store 40 Gb of music and many videos in your library.

icloud needs your apple id and password.

icloud simply means you are buying more with paying less.
