What are the things that I need to do in order for me to back up my Files from my iPhone 4S? Also, can you please assist me on how to do Restoration using iTunes?

By default your iPhone will automatically sync and create a backup each time your iPhone is connected to your computer and if you want manual back up you can do that also. Try this, Plug your iPhone into your computer, Launch iTunes, Select your iPhone in the ‘DEVICES’ list, Right-Click on your iPhone, Select “Back Up” AND Wait for iPhone backup to complete.

To access iCloud:

Tap Settings from your Home screen

From Settings, Look for iCloud

To restore:
