I know this is not a useful question but just bought an iPhone 3G and wanted to know if there are any real good things I could learn from you all.

Hi Machoman,

Read your question.  Here are some exclusive tips and tricks you asked for.

While you are using your iPhone Safari application, if you click the top bar between time and battery, then you will see that the Safari will jump to the top and it will open the URL bar.  

Where there is typing, upon pressing of some letters, you will get a pop up having different versions of the letters.  Another trick in your IPHONE is that, if you are encountered by some problem and reset to the previous position of your phone is required; then you just need to press and hold the home button and power button simultaneously.  This  will  restart in a short time, but it is to be noted that, you don’t unhold until the apple sign appears.

  • In Settings Option, select Wallpaper, Go to the image of the Lock and Home screens, then go to one of your photo albums or select Wallpaper from the exclusively designed images by APPLE. Search the image you want, select set, and then choose according to your need whether to use it as wallpaper (Lock screen/Home screen).

 

  • In Safari Browser, touch and hold a Picture to save it (Camera Roll).
