The iPad mini this year’s rumor

Hi Amy,

Till now it seems to be a rumor because the Apple Inc. itself yet not announced officially anything about the iPad Mini (or whatever it’ll be called).

According to the gossips around especially report by NetEase it may cost $249 or $299 and about 6 million smaller iPads (7.85") will be unveiled in Q3 of 2012 to further expand its market shares and especially to combat with the upcoming wave of Windows 8 tablets.

This web portal also claimed that they have access to the companies of East Asian that manufactures apple products from which they have gained such information.

'The Korea Times' also reported that Samsung was supplying Apple with new PLS-based LCD technology for iPads mini. A Samsung official (unnamed) also told that Apple is going to release those rumored iPad mini to compete with its rivals in market like Amazon Kindle Fire & Samsung Galaxy Tab.

So, all these information seem rumors. No one can say it that it is 100% true.

To my point of view, the iPad Mini is must for competing in the market by Apple with windows 8 based Kindle Fire.

Regards,

Guzman
