I am a doctor and made an assignment on the diseases of heart. I also add an image of heart in my word document. When I made a template of my word file, the image of heart with words template has gone invisible. How can I make appearance of image in template?

Your image automatically hides behind the text because it is set that way. To change that, right click on the image (upon adding it), then choose Wrap Text, then Through. The image should be movable anywhere after changing that.

You need to change the properties of the picture for you to make the heart image appear behind the text. To do this if you are using Word 2010, you need to right click the picture, choose text wrapping tab and click on behind text. For Word 2003, when you right click on the picture, you need to choose format picture and click on the layout tab and then choose behind text option.
