I tried installing the Autodesk Vault Server on my computer but did not succeed, however since then whenever I run my Inventor 2012; I always get the below error message. Even after cleaning all the setup files of Vault Server I still experience the same problem. Any ideas how I can fix this?

Hello Tamarajparnell,

I think you are facing the “Connectivity Request Runtime Utility Error”, which means that your application has some problems or your computer doesn’t meet the requirements to install the Autodesk Vault Server.

Therefore, you should try to install this software again by using other Autodesk Vault servers.

You must use the Ccleaner or Iobit uninstaller softwares to uninstall the software. It is able to fully uninstall the software. Then, restart your computer and install the software again.

This time, you can properly install the software.

First, you need to uninstall (even from the registry) it from your PC.

You can use the Orbit Uninstaller to remove the current state. After restarting your PC, you can install again Autodesk Vault Server software. But before that, you have to read the full requirements you need to install it. If it meets the full requirements, you can install it.

I think if there is any problem, it will be detected. Best of luck!
